ilistpet.store is a local listing board where users may post pet rehoming listings, lost pet posts, found pet posts, pet supply listings, service listings, images, descriptions, contact information, and related materials. Content posted on ilistpet.store is created by third-party users, not by ilistpet.store or its operators.

Platform Role

ilistpet.store does not own, sell, inspect, transport, ship, verify, guarantee, or supervise any animal, listing, meetup, rehoming arrangement, payment, or communication between users. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, safety, and appropriateness of their listings and actions.

Local-Only Safety Rules

ilistpet.store may restrict, remove, archive, or edit content that appears unsafe, illegal, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, related to shipping animals, related to exotic or restricted animals, related to farm or livestock animals, or otherwise outside the site rules. Good-faith moderation does not make ilistpet.store the publisher or speaker of user content.

Limitation of Liability

ilistpet.store disclaims liability for user postings and user conduct, including but not limited to inaccurate listings, unsafe meetups, animal health issues, ownership disputes, scams, fraud, illegal activity, defamation, infringement, lost money, or any harm arising from user communications or local arrangements.

Additional Provisions

Users agree to follow all federal, state, county, and city laws related to animal ownership, rehoming, and local meetups.
Users agree to hold ilistpet.store harmless from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their listings, communications, animals, meetups, or transactions.
This notice does not limit exceptions recognized under Section 230, including federal criminal law, intellectual property law, or other applicable law.
